Vinge advises Microdata Telecom on the acquisition of Filtronic’s Telecoms Antenna Operations

Microdata Telecom is a telecom company operating in the wireless infrastructure market.

The acquisition comprises the entire share capital of Filtronic Wireless AB and certain antenna manufacturing assets.

Vinge’s team consisted of, inter alia, Johan Winnerblad and Matthias Pannier together with Viktor Lennartsson (M&A), Jolene Reimerson and Martin Boström (Corporate Commercial), Stojan Arnerstål and Ilze Lukins (IP), Sara Strandberg (Employment), Karolina Cohrs (Real Estate), and Elenore Klinga (VDR).
