Vinge advises MCC (Mobile Climate Control), a Ratos portfolio company, on its acquisition of Indiana-based Acme Radiator & Air Conditioning

Vinge, together with the U.S. firm Barnes & Thornburg, is advising MCC (Mobile Climate Control) in connection with the acquisition of the business and operations of Acme Radiator & Air Conditioning in Goshen, Indiana. MCC, a Ratos portfolio company, designs and manufactures heating and air conditioning systems (HVAC) for all types of vehicles. The acquired business of Acme Radiator & Air Conditioning manufactures heating and air conditioning systems for military and other vehicles.

Partner Jan Byström and associate Ulrich Ziche advise MCC on the transaction. Partner Mikael Ståhl and associates Paula Röttorp, Sara Axelsson and Sara Sommansson are advising on the financing of the transaction.

Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its issuances of primary capital instruments (AT1) and tier 2 capital bonds (T2)

The issuances comprised perpetual AT1 bonds of NOK 300 million with a floating coupon of 3-month NIBOR + 425 basis points and a first call date in 2031, as well as subordinated Tier 2 bonds of SEK 200 million with a floating coupon of 3-month STIBOR + 325 basis points and a first call date in 2031. The bonds are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Vinge advises Wihlborgs Fastigheter in connection with the financing of property acquisition valued at SEK 13.3 billion

Vinge advises Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the financing of the acquisition of all of Castellum’s property holdings in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. The financing has been secured through Danske Bank, SEB and Swedbank.
