Vinge advises Maus Frères S.A. in public offer for Gant Company AB (publ)

Vinge is advising Maus Frères S.A. in connection with its announced public offer for Gant Company AB (publ). The offer, which comprises all shares in Gant, values Gant at approximately SEK 5.2 billion.

The Vinge team advising Maus Frères S.A. includes partners Jan Lombach and Jan Byström and associate Mattias Friberg. Partner Carl Wetter and associates Per Karlsson and Peter Alstergren are providing competition law advice, and tax lawyer Maria Schultzberg and associate Maria Doeser are providing tax advice.
