Vinge is advising MatHem i Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of Tasteline from Schibsted. MatHem is one of the leading Swedish e-business companies for food (www.mathem.se) and Tasteline is the leading Swedish provider of recipes on the internet (www.tasteline.com).

The Vinge team advising MatHem includes partner Magnus Hedsund and associate Kristian Ford.
