Vinge advises Main Capital in connection with the acquisition of PointSharp AB

PointSharp provides security solutions which enable enterprises to secure the login of their users to all their applications through e.g. multi-factor authentication, with a simplified user experience. PointSharp serves more than 220 customers globally.

Vinge’s team consisted of Filip Öhrner, Kristina Ekberg, Jesper Lindvall (M&A), Ebba Svenburg (Employment), Karl-Hugo Engdahl, Carla Zachariasson (Agreements and GDPR/IT), Arvid Axelryd (IPR) and Carl Bruneheim (VDR Assistant).

Vinge advises the sellers on the sale of Nextory to Bonnier Books

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books. Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally. The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
