Vinge advises Main Capital and Björn Lundén in connection with their acquisition of TimeKeeper

TimeKeeper is a solution for time, project and expense management. Through the acquisition, Björn Lundén strengthens its solution offering which now includes a new time and project management functionality. The combined Björn Lundén offering creates a one-stop-shop for accounting and financial management.

Vinge’s team consisted of Filip Öhrner and Olivia Belding (M&A), Ebba Svenburg (Employment) and Klara Secher (IP).
