Vinge advises Loopia on its acquisition of WebSupport

Vinge has advised Axcel’s portfolio company Loopia on the acquisition of the Slovak company WebSupport s.r.o. WebSupport, headquartered in Bratislava, is a major Central European provider of web hosting and web services to over 100,000 customers in Slovakia and Hungary.

Besides hosting, WebSupport offers domain registration and cloud infrastructure-services to consumers and small & medium sized companies.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Christina Kokko (M&A) and Mikael Ståhl (Banking and Finance) and associates Linda Sengul, Martin Cronsioe (M&A), Josefine Larsson and Stina Bengtsson (Banking and Finance).

 Vinge has advised Cinclus Pharma Holding AB (publ), a late-stage clinical pharmaceutical company developing next-generation treatments for gastric acid-related diseases listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with a long-term structured credit agreement for a total of up to EUR 28 million divided into four tranches, of which two are convertibles.
