VINGE ADVISES LOHMANN GMBH

Vinge has advised Lohmann GmbH in connection with its acquisition of the entire issued share capital in HA Converting AB. HA Converting manufactures self-adhesive industrial components. Lohmann is based in Germany and conducts operations worldwide offering products within such product segments as double-sided adhesive tapes, transfer films and reactive adhesive systems.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Magnus Pauli and associates Emma Kero Ljungberg and Daniel Lennartsson.
