Vinge Advises Litorina Kapital on Creation of New Nordic Group

Litorina Kapital will become majority partner in the new group created by the Coromatic, Metric Power and Scanpocon merger. The newly founded company Coromatic Group AB will become parent company of Scandinavia’s leading operators within solutions, products and maintenance for physical security.

Litorina Kapital is represented by partner Johan Winnerblad joined by associates Sara Axelsson, Nils-Taro Lock, Theresa Kovac, Per Larsson, Lise Alm, Ida Lagerwall and Anna Berntsson.
