Vinge advises Litorina Kapital III on the acquisition of EuroFlorist Holding AB

Vinge is advising Litorina Kapital III on the acquisition of EuroFlorist Holding AB from Accent Equity, Ledstiernan and management. EuroFlorist was founded in 1982 and was one of the pioneers in Internet flower delivery. Today, Euroflorist is the leading flower delivery network in Europe, with on-line shops in Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Germany and Austria.

Litorina Kapital III LP is represented by partners Johan Winnerblad and Mikael Ståhl with assistance from associates Theresa Kovac, Louis De Geer and Paula Röttorp
