Vinge advises Litorina Kapital III L.P. on the acquisition of Securia

Vinge advises Litorina Kapital III L.P. on the acquisition of Securia Systems AB from TCI UK Ltd. Securia provides securities and insurance related services mainly on the Swedish market. Through this acquisition, Litorina Kapital III L.P will become the majority shareholder in the company while the previous owners will hold a minority share.

Litorina Kapital III L.P. is represented by partners Johan Winnerblad and Mikael Ståhl, assisted by Anna Berntsson, Mi Gustavsson and Nils Taro-Lock.
