The syndicate led by Litorina Kapital and 3i is selling its holding of shares in SWE-DISH Satelite Systems, one of the world’s leading suppliers of mobile satellite equipment and related broadband application services, to DataPath Inc. The purchase price is USD 56 million.
The sellers are represented by partner Johan Winnerblad, assisted by associates Johan Larsson, Per Larsson and project assistant Victoria Berg.
