Vinge advises Litorina in connection with the disposal of its stake in Pahlén

Litorina has sold its shareholding in its portfolio company, Pahlén, to members of the company’s founding family. Pahlén is a leading manufacturer of superior quality swimming pool products and equipment in the Nordic region.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad and associate Louise Markgren.

Naval Group signs contract for four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Royal Swedish Navy

 Vinge has advised Naval Group in connection with the negotiations with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the procurement of four defence and intervention frigates (FDI) for the Swedish Navy. The contract was signed on 31 August 2026 in Stockholm. Naval Group has been selected as a strategic partner by the Swedish Government to rapidly strengthen and modernise its fleet's capabilities.
