Vinge advises Lifco Dental International in connection with the acquisition of Ellman Produkter

Vinge has advised Lifco Dental International AB in connection with the acquisition of Ellman Produkter AB. Lifco Dental is one of the Nordic region’s leading suppliers of dental products and is a subsidiary of Lifco AB which, in turn, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carl Bennett AB. Ellman Produkter AB is one of Scandinavia’s leading suppliers of cosmetic dental products.

Lifco Dental International AB was advised by partner Erik Gabrielsson in connection with the acquisition.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
