Vinge advises Lifco AB on acquisition of Oriola Oy’s minority holding in Lifco Dental International AB

Vinge is advising Lifco AB in connection with the acquisition of Oriola Oy’s 30 per cent minority holding in Lifco Dental International AB. Lifco Dental International AB is the leading Nordic supplier of dental products and after the acquisition, the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lifco AB.

Partner Erik Gabrielson is advising Lifco AB in connection with the acquisition.
