VINGE ADVISES LGT IN CONNECTION WITH ACQUISITION OF OPERATIONS IN FINLAND

Vinge has advised Litorina’s portfolio company LGT Logistics Oy in connection with the acquisition of TS Log Oy, both of which are based in Lahti in Finland. The combination becomes the number one provider of furniture logistics in Finland and strengthens LGT Logistics’ clear market leading position in Northern Europe.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad and associate Charlotta Järnstedt. Dittmar & Indrenius advised on Finnish law.

 Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
