Vinge has advised Lammhults Design Group in connection with the acquisition of Harmonie Project Srl, an Italian company engaged in wholesale library furnishing operations. Lammhults Design Group is listed on the Nordic list (small cap) on OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm. The Lammhults Library commercial division is a world leader in respect of library furnishings and develops furnishings for libraries, schools and other public meeting areas.
