VINGE ADVISES LAGERKRANTZ GROUP IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACQUISIITON OF DOOMAN TEKNIK

Vinge has advised Lagerkrantz Group AB in conjunction with the acquisition of all shares in Dooman Teknik AB. The company offers products within the field of residential conversions for handicapped persons together with a mini garage for handicap vehicles as its primary product.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Filip Öhrner.

The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.

 Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue which is expected to provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 200 million before deduction of transaction costs.
