Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with the acquisition of CWL Group AB and its wholly owned subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway and Poland.

CW Lundberg is a leading actor within the field of security products for roofs and building facades. The group has an annual turnover of approximately MSEK 185 with good profitability.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Johan Winnerblad and Stina Bengtsson.
