Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group in connection with the acquisition of Vanpee in Norway and Sweden

Vinge is advising Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in Vanpee Norge AS and Vanpee AB. The Vanpee companies are value added distributors within the lighting industry with leading component manufacturers within the portfolio and have an aggregate annual turnover of approximately SEK 75 million. The transaction is subject to the consent of the Norwegian Competition Authority and other customary conditions to closing.

 Swoosh is a leading provider of inspection, maintenance, and services for underground infrastructure in Sweden, delivering sewer pipe inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance to municipalities, industrial operators, and property owners across 23 sites nationwide. Swoosh today employs approximately 450 people and generates revenues of nearly SEK 700 million.
