Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Precimeter Control AB. Precimeter Control specialises in the development and sale of solutions based on laser and induction technology. The company’s headquarters are situated in Hönö outside Gothenburg and the company has subsidiaries in Germany and the United States and a sales office in China.
Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Filip Öhrner.
