VINGE ADVISES LAGERCRANTZ GROUP IN CONNECTION WITH ACQUISITION OF PRECIMETER

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Precimeter Control AB. Precimeter Control specialises in the development and sale of solutions based on laser and induction technology. The company’s headquarters are situated in Hönö outside Gothenburg and the company has subsidiaries in Germany and the United States and a sales office in China.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Filip Öhrner.

 Atria Sverige has acquired a 25 per cent stake in the Swedish convenience food company Cookin Food Sweden AB.  Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue which is expected to provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 200 million before deduction of transaction costs.
