Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group in connection with acquisition of Plåt & Spiralteknik

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in connection with the acquisition of the entire issued share capital in Plåt & Spiralteknik i Torsås AB, a company which develops, manufactures and markets shaftless spiral conveyors to customers within the biofuel, treatment plant, sawmills and recycling industries.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Nicolina Kindblom, Johan Cederblad and Daniel Järmén.
