VINGE ADVISES LAGERCRANTZ GROUP IN CONNECTION WITH ACQUISITION OF LOAD INDICATOR

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Load Indicator AB. For the last 30 years, Load Indicator has specialised in the design and manufacture of load cells, pressure sensors and torque sensors for measuring applications to the Swedish manufacturing sector. The company operates from commercial premises in Hisings Backa.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Filip Öhrner.

 Vinge has advised the property company Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue of shares of series D through which the company raises proceeds of approximately SEK 500 million before transaction costs. A part of the share issue is subject to subsequent approval at an extraordinary general meeting.
