Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Elkapsling AB

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with the acquisition of Elkapsling AB a company which develops, manufactures and sells enclosures used to protect electrical and telecom installations with high demand on, e.g. endurance and tightness. Customers predominantly include Swedish installation companies, cabinet suppliers, electric wholesalers and OEM. Elkapsling has aggregate annual sales of approximately MSEK 85 with good profitability.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Louise Markgren and Johan Cederblad.
