Vinge has advised Karolinska Development, the Foundation for Baltic and East European Studies and other shareholders in connection with the sale of Cogmed Systems AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Pontus Enquist and associates Alexandra Palmér, Per Westman, Claes Henriksson and Anna Adolfsson.

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle.
