Vinge advises Karolinska Development in connection with establishment of investment fund

Vinge has advised Karolinska Development AB (publ) in connection with the establishment of an investment fund together with the European Investment Fund. The fund, which has a guaranteed capital of approximately EUR 30 million, will jointly invest together with Karolinska Development in Karolinska Development’s portfolio companies.

The Vinge team included partner Pontus Enquist and associates Maria Schultzberg and Joacim Rydergård.
