Vinge advises Junibostäder in connection with acquisition of Sydsvenska Montagegruppen

Vinge has advised Junibostäder AB in connection with the acquisition of Sydsvenska Montagegruppen i Malmö AB.  Sydsvenska Montagegruppen specailises in construction work and false ceilings and the acquisition relates to all of shares in the company.

Vinge’s team consisted of Kristian Ford and Carl Fahleryd. Henrik Ossborn was the responsible partner.
