Jays will acquire approximately MSEK 25 in connection with a rights issue and in conjunction with the full utilization of the oversubscription option.

The prospectus was published on 30 January 2018.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of partner Anders Strid as well as Frida Bäckegren and Camilla Andersson.

The transaction positions Morrow Bank as a leading Nordic platform in consumer finance with combined gross loans of SEK 28.2 billion.
