Vinge advises ITAB on its acquisition of HMY

ITAB Shop Concept AB (publ) has entered into an agreement intended to lead to the acquisition of Financière HMY for EUR 320 million. The transaction is intended to be financed by a new long term credit facility of EUR 255 million, and a directed new share issue of approx. SEK 867 million which was carried out through an accelerated book-built offering.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Christian Lindhé, Jesper Ottergren, Henrik Borna, Henrik Ossborn, Martin Madsen Svanberg, Fredrik Christiansson and Johan Åhman.
