Vinge advises Irisity in connection with issue of units

Vinge advises Irisity AB (publ) in connection with its rights issue of units consisting of shares and warrants. The issue is guaranteed to 80 per cent through subscription commitments and external guarantors.

Upon full subscription of the rights issue and shares that can be subscribed for pursuant to the warrants, Irisity will receive approximately SEK 83 million before issue costs.

Vinge's team has mainly consisted of Anders Strid, Edin Agic (project manager) and Sofia Haggren.
