Vinge advises Intrum in connection with several financing transactions

Vinge has advised Intrum AB (publ) in connection with several financing transactions during the third quarter of 2019.

Intrum issued notes in the amount of 750 MEUR in July  and 850 MEUR in September and entered into a 2,000 MSEK backup credit facility agreement with Nordic banks in July 2019. Vinge has advised Intrum as to matters of Swedish law in relation to all transactions.

Vinge has advised Mirova, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers focusing on sustainable investments, in connection with the acquisition of the three Swedish onshore wind farms Boarp, Dållebo and Fågelås.
