Vinge has advised Solutions for Tomorrow AB in connection with an investment by the Finnish private equity company Verso Capital. Solutions for Tomorrow develops and manufactures mobile X-ray systems and is leading within its niche.

Vinge’s team consisted of Kristian Ford and Rickard Vernet.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
