Vinge advises Imperia Online in connection with its acquisition by Stillfront Group

Vinge has advised the sellers in conjunction with the sale of the entire issued share capital in Imperia Online to Stillfront Group AB (publ).

Imperia Online is one of the leading games developers and publishers in south-eastern Europe with 25 released games and more than 45 million users globally. Imperia Online is based in Bulgaria and has approximately 50 employees.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Joacim Rydergård.
