Vinge has advised IKEA Centres Nordic in connection with the sale of Handelsplats Kalmar AB, which owns the property Kalmar Alhagen 3, to Niam. The property consists of two buildings with a total area of 21 000 sq.m. and the property is situated in Hansa City in Kalmar.
