VINGE ADVISES IKANO RETAIL CENTRES IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES IN KÅLLERED, MÖLNDAL

Vinge is advising Ikano Retail Centres in connection with the acquisition of five commercial properties in Kållered, Mölndahl. Ikano Retail Centres owns, builds and develops retail parks together with IKEA in the Nordic region and its portfolio currently consists of five shopping centres in Sweden and seven in Finland as well as seven trading estates.  

Vinge’s team consists of partner Anders Forkman together with, among others, associates Anna Edström, Emma Hakesjö and Anna Thuresson. Associate Mattias Lindquist is providing environmental law advice.
