Vinge advises Ikano in connection with its acquisition of Citibank’s Danish consumer loans portfolio

Vinge has advised Ikano Bank SE in connection with the acquisition of Citibank’s Danish consumer loans portfolio for approximately DKK 1.3 billion. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Fredrik Wilkens and associates Emma Stuart-Beck and Ulrica Åkesson.
