Vinge advises IK Partners in the divestment of Carspect to TÜV SÜD

Vinge has advised IK Partners and the other owners in connection with the divestment of Carspect Group Holding AB to TÜV SÜD Aktiengesellschaft. Carspect is a leading provider of vehicle inspections in Sweden, Estonia and Latvia, with a total of approximately 150 stations and over 500 employees.

Vinge's team consisted primarily of Jonas Bergström, Johanna Wiberg, Vilhelm Rondahl and Ida Appelgren (M&A), Lionardo Ojeda, Rebecka Margolin, Sofia Haggren and Nour Makie (Banking and Finance), ohan Cederblad (Permits & Accreditation), Kristoffer Larsson (Real Estate & Environment), Ebba Svenburg and Emil Lindwall (Employment Law), Martin Boström (Commercial Contracts / IT), Felizia Wiker (IP) and Anna Ekdahl Roos, Ellinore Boström Andersson and Gabriella Balbo (Transaction Support).

Vinge has advised Hansa Biopharma AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue, through which Hansa raises gross proceeds of approx. SEK 232 million, and restructuring of debt financing. As part of such debt restructuring, Hansa has in conjunction with the directed share issue set-off debt corresponding to approximately USD 14.9 million of its total debt amount.
