Vinge advises Infant Bacterial Therapeutics AB (publ) (Nasdaq First North Premier) in connection with a combined directed issue and rights offering of approximately SEK 545 million.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Christian Lindhé, Kristoffer Franzkeit, Ludvig Frithiof and Astrid Karlsson.

On 22 April 2025, RWK Bidco AB, a newly formed company indirectly wholly owned by KKR Funds, announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Biotage AB to tender all ordinary shares in Biotage to RWK Bidco at a price of SEK 145 in cash per ordinary share.
