Vinge advises IBM Sweden

Vinge advises IBM Sweden in connection with the separation and reorganization of its managed infrastructure services business in Sweden as part of a global spin-off and establishment of a new entity Kyndryl.

Global lead counsel was Hogan Lovells. The completion of the separation was announced on November 3 and Kyndryl now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KD.” 

The Vinge team advising IBM was led by Ulrich Ziche and includes inter alia Åsa Gotthardsson, Elin Broman, Kristoffer Larson, Erik Lagerlöf, Caroline Krassén, Nicklas Thorgerzon, Karolina Cohrs, Ellen Åkerdahl Flygt.
