Vinge advises Hultaforgs Group AB in relation to the acquisition of Tradeport AB. Hultafors Group, with current brands Hultafors, Wibe Ladders and Snickers Workwear, will by the acquisition add premium products for protective shoes, workwear and accessories to its portfolio.
