Vinge advises Hexatronic in connection with acquisiiton of Ericssons fiber cable operations in New Zealand

Vinge has advised Hexatronic Group AB, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in connection with the acquisition of Ericsson’s fiber cable and duct operations in New Zealand.

The acquisition is structured as an asset transfer, including an offer of employment to all employees and assignment of lease agreements, machinery, equipment and stock-in-trade.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Anders Strid and associate Frida Bäckegren and local counsel, Quigg & Partners.
