Vinge advises Hexatronic in conjunction with acquisition

Iftac AB, which is owned by Hudiksvall’s municipality, conducts operations in relation to training and certification within IT and telecommunications and constitutes a significant addition to Hexatronic’s new business area within education. Closing is estimated to take place on 2 January 2017.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Anders Strid and Daniel Lennartsson.
