Vinge has advised Hemfosa Fastigheter AB in connection with the acquisition of a real estate portfolio containing 44 properties from Landic Property VI AB.
Vinge’s team advising Hemfosa Fastigheter AB consisted of partner Stefan de Hevesy and associates Niclas Winnberg and Sarah Khalil. The transaction value was approximately SEK 2.3 billion.
