Vinge advises Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG in connection with the acquisition of Fujifilm Sverige AB from Axel Johnson International AB. Heidelberger Druckmaschinen is a leading global manufacturer of offset printing presses with head offices in Heidelberg. Through this acquisition, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen is significantly expanding its service and consumables business in Sweden and gives the company a strong position in this market.
