Vinge advises Heda Security in connection with its acquisition of Teknoinfra

Vinge has advised Heda Security in conjunction with its acquisition of the Finnish company Teknoinfra Oy. The acquisition further strengthens the company’s position as the leading company in the area security field in the Nordic region. The group’s present turnover is approximately MSEK 440, employing 170 people.
