Vinge advises GMT Communications Partners on the the sale of Docu Nordic

Vinge has advised GMT Communications Partners in connection with the sale of Docu Nordic to Segulah. DOCU Nordic is the leading database and service provider to the Nordic building industry and provides customers with business critical project and product information. DOCU Nordic has offices in Ljusdal, Hudiksvall, Sveg and Täby in Sweden, Moss and Sandvika in Norway, Espoo in Finland and Rødovre in Denmark. The company has approximately 320 employees and the company had a turnover of SEK 315 million in 2013. 


Vinge’s team consisted of partner Daniel Rosvall together with project manager Matthias Pannier and associates Sofie Bjärtun and Maria Dahlin.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Malte Månson is an independent service and repair provider for commercial vehicles and operates a network of 28 service workshop locations across Sweden, authorized by brands such as MAN, DAF, IVECO, Mercedes-Benz, Setra, VDL and EVO. Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
