Capio Group Services AB has announced a public offer to the shareholders of GHP Specialty Care AB (publ). The total value of the offer is approx. SEK 2.5 billion.
Swoosh is a leading provider of inspection, maintenance, and services for underground infrastructure in Sweden, delivering sewer pipe inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance to municipalities, industrial operators, and property owners across 23 sites nationwide. Swoosh today employs approximately 450 people and generates revenues of nearly SEK 700 million.
Vinge has successfully advised Montrose by Carnegie AB in connection with its application to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for authorisation to conduct securities business. The authorisation was granted by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 2 July 2026.
