Vinge advises GHP on the public offer from Capio

Capio Group Services AB has announced a public offer to the shareholders of GHP Specialty Care AB (publ). The total value of the offer is approx. SEK 2.5 billion.

The Vinge team includes Erik Sjöman, Anna Palmérus, Magnus Pauli and Agaton Lindgren.

On 22 April 2025, RWK Bidco AB, a newly formed company indirectly wholly owned by KKR Funds, announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Biotage AB to tender all ordinary shares in Biotage to RWK Bidco at a price of SEK 145 in cash per ordinary share.
