VINGE ADVISES FYNDIQ IN CONNECTION WITH INVESTMENT BY NORTHZONE AND INDUSTRIFONDEN

Vinge has advised Fyndiq in connection with the company’s capital raising of SEK 150 million from Northzone and Industrifonden. Fyndiq (www.fyndiq.se) is an online shopping site linking e-traders and consumers. Since the company was formed in 2010, it has helped thousands of e-traders to sell their products to millions of consumers.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Jonas Bergström together with, among others, associates Joacim Rydergård, Gustav Jönsson, Ulrika Andersson and Andrea Jägerstad as well as paralegal Pernilla Warg.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
