Vinge advises Flint Group

Vinge has advised Flint Group in connection with the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Torda Holding AB by its subsidiary, Flint Group Sweden AB.

The Torda group conducts operations in Sweden, Serbia and Dubai.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Fabian Ekeblad and associates Petter Kjöllerström and Sofia Berg.
