Vinge advises Finanzero Brazil in connection with capital raising

Vinge advises Finanzero in connection with the company's capital raising of approximately SEK 100 million by way of a directed share issue.

The company is active on the Brazilian market with the digital lending platform FinanZero, which helps visitors compare loan terms from different banks. The proceeds are among other things intended to be used for further expansion.

Vinge’s team has consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Sofie Bjärtun and Hampus Olsson.
